Limewood is the latest restaurant created by the Maximal Concepts team that brought you the much awarded Fish & Meat, Brickhouse, Blue Butcher and more. We believe in the creative process of developing thoughtful, home grown, real restaurants that resonate with our city offering generous cooking, quality ingredients, good design and fine cocktails.
The menu has been created by our award winning culinary team helmed by Maximal Concepts Culinary Director, Malcolm Wood and executive chef Russell Doctrove (Fish & Meat). Russell grew up and trained in Hong Kong but gained valuable experience in the UK most notably at The Waterside Inn, Bray (under Alan Roux) and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (Royal Hospital Road).
